Post Diagnostic care

At Autism Clinic London we believe that after your child receives a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), they should be well supported to reach their full potential. We are able to offer a range of services to support you and your child in a variety of ways.

Occupational Therapy

Occupational Therapy (OT) helps children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) with managing sensory difficulties, self-care skills as well as providing strategies for learning and play.

At Autism Clinic London, our experienced Occupational Therapists will evaluate any challenges your child will have with managing day-to-day activities.

Based on this evaluation, the therapist creates individualised goals and strategies that will allow the child and their parents/carers to work on key self-care skills such as dressing, toileting, feeding and fine motor skills such as handwriting, buttons, using scissors etc.

We are also able to offer support with sensory difficulties, such as hypersensitivity to sound, touch, taste, smell or light.

We provide online sessions from time to time to help with post-diagnostic care. A video of our most recent session is available here.
