Psychological Support
Psychologists play an important role in both diagnosing Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and helping people manage the associated challenges.
Each child with ASD is unique and has a range of strengths and difficulties. Our psychologists will evaluate your child and identify areas where established psychological therapies can make a difference. Our psychologists will make recommendations based on your child’s cognitive, behavioral, emotional and educational needs.
We offer psychological support for:
- Anxiety and mood disorders such as depression
- Social skill groups to help improve interaction and communication
- Interventions to help manage self harm
- Management for tics and Tourette’s syndrome
- Assessment for learning and intellectual disability
- Family therapy
