Inclusion and Diversity Champions
At Autism Clinic London, we offer a comprehensive suite of inclusion and diversity training services for the workplace. These services are designed to support educational settings, cultural institutions (such as museums) and workplaces in creating truly neuroinclusive environments where autistic and neurodivergent individuals can feel understood, respected and supported.
We offer training and guidance for:
-
Schools and Education Settings
-
Cultural Institutions (Museums, Galleries…)
- Private companies.
-
Paediatric CPD Courses for individuals
Our training provides CPD-accredited learning that increases awareness, improves communication and equips teams with practical tools to support neurodiversity confidently and compassionately. Courses and workshops are created by our team of specialist Doctors and professionals, ensuring that the full weight of our team’s experience informs everything we teach.
Training for Schools and Education Settings
We help educational settings recognise and respond to the needs of autistic pupils with sessions on autistic inclusion, communication approaches and sensory needs. These sessions support staff to:
- Understand neurodiversity and autism from both professional and lived-experience perspectives.
- Adapt learning environments and communication styles to support diverse learners.
- Implement strategies that build confidence, reduce anxiety and honour individual differences.
Support for Institutions and Workplaces
For organisations such as museums, galleries, libraries and businesses, we offer bespoke workshops on:
- Neurodiversity in the workplace — helping teams recognise strengths and unique attributes of neurodivergent staff.
- Inclusive environments and recruitment practices — improving retention, productivity and wellbeing.
- Language and communication guidance — practical advice on inclusive language and behaviour that fosters belonging for everyone.
These sessions can be delivered as interactive face-to-face workshops or tailored to your organisation’s needs, helping teams reflect on practice, develop strategies and build shared understanding.
Paediatric CPD Courses for Staff
We also provide CPD-certified courses that are ideal for staff working with children, whether in schools, youth services or family support roles. These include foundational modules such as Understanding Autism and What is Neurodiversity?, as well as practical seminars on communication, sensory awareness and behaviour support. Each course is designed to be engaging, evidence-based and reflective of lived experience.
By partnering with Autism Clinic London as your Inclusion and Diversity Champions, your institution will gain the knowledge and confidence to identify neurodiversity within teams, refine the working environment and use inclusive language effectively. Our aim is to foster workplaces and learning spaces where every individual can thrive, feel valued, and contribute meaningfully.
